Arka Devbil, artista Bilbaíno. Licenciado en Bellas Artes y con un Máster en Arte Contemporáneo tecnológico y performativo por la Universidad Pública Vasca (UPV). Su obra se centra, principalmente, en la fotografía a color. Pero también, en otras disciplinas como la performance y el videoarte. Trata temas relativos al ser humano. Interesado en el cuerpo y el alma de las personas, las emociones. Su fotografía se caracteriza por usar reiteradamente los desnudos en paisajes naturales, utiliza la luz natural como filosofía fotográfica. Crea complejas uniones entre lo emocional y físico, dándole un nuevo significado al espacio y la presencia física.
Arka Devbil, artist from Bilbao (Spain). He studied Fine Arts and a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Technological and Performance Art at the Basque Public University (UPV). Interested in the body and soul of people, emotions. His photography is characterized by the repeated use of artistic nudes in natural landscapes, using natural light as a photographic philosophy. He creates complex unions between the emotional and physical, giving a new meaning to space and physical presence.
